IT IS HEREBY RESOLVID by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, that Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized
and directed to execute Right-of-Way Gertification Noo 2, for FA5 Project 10%6
Croville-Quincy Highway, dated March 19, 1968 , in the name of
the County of Butte,
PASSED AND ADOPTID by the Board of Supervisors ofi the County of Butte,
State of California, at the regular meeting thereof on the 19th day
of March , 196, by the following vote:

The County of Butte hereby certifies in connection with the right of
'way for FAS Project lOL~6(2) Oroville-Quincy Highway, that:
All required right of way for construction of this project has now
been covered by order for immediate possession.

Pacific Gas & Electric Company and Pacific Telephone Company have
above-ground facilities within the limits of this project; however,
a11. utilities wi11 be moved prior to commencement of construction.
VI. SCHEDULE FOR REMOVAL OF OBSTRUCTIONS
No buildings with salvage or marketable value exist within the right
of way.
VII. COMPLIANCE WITH PPM 80-5, RELOCATION ADVISORY ASSISTANCE - Public NotiC.e
No families are to be displaced, therefore paragraphs 3h(1), 3h(2) and
3h(3) as contained in Section '7.2811 of the above are not applicable.
In making this certification, the County of Butte agrees to hold tee
State of California harmless from any liability which may be established by
and in the event the right of way is not clear as herein certified.
