I. STATUS OF RIGHT--OF-WAY ACQUISITION A. Total number of parcels required 11 C. Parcels covered by right-of-way contract 9 D. Parcels covered by order for immediate possession 2 II. STATUS OF AFFECTED RAILROAD FACILITIES None III. DESIGNATED MATERIAL SITES None IV. DESIGNATID DISPOSAL AREAS None V. STATUS OF UTILITY RII,OCATION Pacific Gas & Electric Company and Pacific Telephone Company have above-ground facilities within the limits of this project; however, a11. utilities wi11 be moved prior to commencement of construction. VI. SCHEDULE FOR REMOVAL OF OBSTRUCTIONS No buildings with salvage or marketable value exist within the right of way. VII. COMPLIANCE WITH PPM 80-5, RELOCATION ADVISORY ASSISTANCE - Public NotiC.e No families are to be displaced, therefore paragraphs 3h(1), 3h(2) and 3h(3) as contained in Section '7.2811 of the above are not applicable. In making this certification, the County of Butte agrees to hold tee State of California harmless from any liability which may be established by and in the event the right of way is not clear as herein certified.
