RESOLUTION N0. 6$"4/+
RESOLUTION CONCERNING DEFICIENCY
STUDIES, PURSUANT TO SECTION 2156 OF
STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE
WHEREAS, Section 2156 of the Streets and Highways Code requires
that every City and County shall transmit to the State of California,
Department of Public Works, a report of its road and street needs and the
progress that has been made in the construction of the road system and;
WHEREAS, such estimate of road and street needs and the progress of
said needs has been prepared by the Butte County Department of Public Works in
conformance with the criteria established by the Division of Highways;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of Butte
County adopt said study and instruct the Director of the Butte County
Department of Public Works to forward the necessary documents to Mr. William
Warren, Assistant State Highway Engineer, Division of Highways, State of
California, District III, Marysville, California.

State of California, on the 26th day of March , 19b8,
by the following vote;
