2 BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
S RESOLUTION IN RE SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL CLAIM FOR
4 COMPENSATION ON EXPRESS CONTRACT AGAINST THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
5 Be it resolved by the Board of Supervisors of the
6 County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
7 1. That said Board hereby adopts and approves the
8 second supplemental claim for compensation on an express contract
9 against the State of California in the total sum of $5,946.13,
10 plus such further amounts as may accrue as a result of the
11 matters giving rise to said second supplemental claim, dated
12 the 9th day of April, 1968, and said Board hereby authorizes
13 the Chairman thereof to execute said claim on behalf of said
14 Board and on behalf of the County of Butte and to cause the
1,5 same to be filed with the Board of Control of the State of
i6 California.
17 2. That the County Counsel and Special Counsel of
18 the County of Butte are hereby authorized to do any and all
19 things necessary and required to perfect said claim, including
20 the filing of suit thereon.
21 3. That the Clerk of this Board attach a certified
22 copy of this resolution to said claim and each copy, thereof.
23 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of
24 the County of Butte, State of California, this 9th day of April,
