included in this amendment, or other amendments, by reason of Department of
lJater Resources' denial of County's request for reimbursement, and County
specifically reserves any and alit rights, that County may have against Depax°t~-
ment of ?dater Resources and State of Galiforniag for reimbursement on such
change orders that have not been included as amendment to D43R Agreement No,
