RESOLUTION APPROVING BOUNDARY MAP
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the. County Clerk of
the County of Butte, State of California, a map showing the
boundaries of East Avenue Assessment District, County of
Butte, State of California;
NOw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Super-
visors of the County of Butte, State of California, that that
certain map entitled, "Proposed Boundaries of East Avenue
Assessment District, County of Butte, State of California,"
be ,and the same is hereby approved; and
BE IT FURTFiER RESOLVED that a certified copy of said
boundary map herein approved shall be filed with the County
Recorder of the County of Butte in accordance with the provi-
sions of Part 2, Division 4.5 of the Streets and Highways Code
of~the State of California.

2 HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting
thereof, held on the l6th day of April, 1968, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Howsden. McKi3lop,__Pryde and Chairman Maxon
