AND SPECIFICATIODIS AND CAREFUL ESTINIATE5

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, State of California, that [^IALTER B.
GRIMES, Civil Engineer, be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for the improve-
ments and acquisitions in East Avenue Assessment District,
County of Butte, State of California, and careful estimates
of cost.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting
thereof, held on the at~th day of April, 1968, by the follocaing
