COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SUBDIVISION AND LAND DIVISION
ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, this board has recently passed a new Subdivision
and Land Division Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the board deems it necessary and to the benefit of
the public that this new ordinance be constantly reviewed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED AND RESOLVED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, as
follows:
1. That an Advisory Committee on the Subdivision and Land
Division Ordinance is hereby established.
2. That each member of the board shall nominate three
members for thscommittee, and that the total number serving
on the committee shall be fifteen.
3. That the term of appointment for this committee shall
be three years provided that each member of the board shall
initially nominate one member for a term of one year; one member
for a term of two years; and, one member for a term of three
years.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the

County of Butte, State of California this K~da day of April, 1968,
by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Howsden, Pryde and Acting Chairman McKillop
NOES : None
ABSENT: Chairman Maxon
