BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
1 COUNTY OF BUTTE', STATE OF CALIFORNIA
2 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AUDITOR OF-THE COUNTY OF BUTTE
TO EXAMINE SALTS AND USE' TAX RECORDS

4 WHF~?~.AS, Section 7056 of the Revenue and Taxation Code of
5 the State of California requires a resolution of the legislative
6 body of the county to permit the examination of the sales and use
7 tax records pertaining to sales and use tax collected for the
8 county, city and county, or a city; and
9 WHrREAS, such information is vital for budgeting purposes,
10'' NOW, TH~12~;FORE, BF IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
11 of the County of Butte, State of California, that they authorize
12 and direct the Auditor of the County of Butte, to examine all of
13 the salP.s and use tax records of the Board of Equalization,
14 pertaining to sales and usa taxes collected for the County of
15 Butte and the cities located therein.
