ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLUTION NO. ~~ ~D
APPROVING PLANS, SPECTFTCATTONS
COST ESTIMATE AND GRADES
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA:
That the Plans and Specifications submitted by EVERD
McCATN, R.C,E, showing the full and detailed description of
the proposed improvements to be constructed in East Avenue
Assessment District be, and the same are hereby, adopted
and that the Clerk of this Board shall file them in her
office.
That the Resolution of Intention to be adopted
respecting East Avenue Assessment Dis trict shall der to
said plans and specifications for the full and detailed
description of said work and improvements.
That the cost estimate, totaling the sum of $ 3/, 2G0.32
submitted by EVERD McCAIN, Engineer of work, which shows
his detailed estimate of the cost of the proposed work to
be done and of the proposed improvements to be constructed
in East Avenue Assessment District and the cost of the
incidental expenses thereof, be, and the same are hereby
accepted, and that the Clerk of this Board shall file
said cost estimate in her office.
That the grades for said work and improvements
shown in said Plans be, and the same are ke=eby, adopted as

the Official Grades of said work and improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, THIS 28tk1DAY OF P~1AY ,
1968, by the following vote:
AYES: SUPERVISORS DUNAWAY, McKILLOP~ ar~d ARXDE~ and
CHAIRMAN MAXON.
NOES: SUPERVISORS NONE
ABSENT: -z~ CHAIRMAN ~1AXON.
