RESOLUTION ACCEk'TING BID AND AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN

~~ 3 WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 23rd day of April, 1968, the
4 Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
5 duly adopted and passed Resolution No. 68-68, entitled "Resolution
6 and Notice Declaring Intention Ta Sell Real Property Government
7 Code Section 25526 et seq.);" and
8 WHEREAS, on Tuesday, May 28, 1968, pursuant to notice
9 duly and properly given, bids were opened for the purchase of
10 property herein described; and

13 WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said sale are as
14 follows:

31 All that certain real property situate in the County
of Butte, `State of California, and being a portion of
32 Lot 32 of Gridley Colony No;.3, as shown on the
1 Official Map thereof recorded December 9, 1905, in
Book 4 of Maps, at page 47, Official Records of Butte
2 County, and being more particularly described as
follows:

Beginning at a point on the east line of the 'State
4 Highway 639.6 feet north of the south line of the
above said Lot 32 Gridley Colony No. 3, said point
6 being also on the north line of that certain 9.4
acre tract conveyed by .Artie Nugent, et mar, to
B Gordon T. Miller, recorded in Book 41, page 433,
Official Records of Butte County. Running thence
7 from said point, North 8940' East along said line
208.6 feet; thence south 208.6 feet; thence South
8 8940' W 208.6 feet to the east line of said State
Highway; thence north-along said line 208:6 feet
9 to the point of beginning. Containing one acre,
more or less.
