BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE,' STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION TO 71VCLUDE HILL VIEW WAY
AND TOYON WAY IN COUNTY-MAINTAINED ROAD SYSTEM

2 WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors on October 4, 1928, adopted a
3 resolution approving the subdivision map entitled, "Arbutus Tract No. 2, a
4 subdivision of Lots 3 and 6 of the 26th Subdivision of the BidweJ~l Rancho,
~ Butte County, California," and accepted the roads within that subdivision
6 designated as "Hill View Way" and "Toyon Way" as County roads; and
7 WHEREAS, these roads were inadvertently excluded from the County-
8 Maintained Road System; and
9 WHEREAS, the County is not now deriving funds for the mainteieance of
LO these roads;
11 NOWs'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors
12 of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
13 That the roads designated as "Hill View Way" and "Toyon
14 Way" and as shown on the subdivision map entitled
L5 "Arbutus Tract No. 2, A Subdivision of Lots 3 and 6
16 of the 20th Subdivision o£ the Bidwell Rancho, Butte
17 County, California," be included within the County-
18 Maintained Road System.
19 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
20 Butte, State aE California, this 11th day of June , 196,$.
