RESOLUTION FIN~3ING.AND DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC
CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY REQUIRE' THE CO~fSTRUCTION OF
IMPROVEMENTS AND ACQUISITIONS IN. EAST AVENUE ASSESS-
MENT DISTRICT, COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA .
idHEREAS, a~public hearing,, for which reasonable notice has
been given by publication, has been held as to the public con-
venience and necessity of the improvements and acquisitions in.
East Avenue Assessment District, County of Butte, State of
California; and ~ ~ ~ .
WHEREAS, this $oard has heard and considered all the evi-
• dance, both oral and written, relative to the public convenience
and necessity of the construction of the aforesaid improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Eaard finds and
determines that the public convenience and necessity require the
improvements and acquisitions in East Avenue Assessment.District,
County of Butte, State of California, and further determines that •
the "Special Assessment, Investigation, Limitation and Majority
Protest Act of 1931" shall not apply to these assessment pro-
ceeclings; 2nd
'BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this prof-act shall proceed in
accordance with the terms and provisions of the Improvement Act
of 1911. ~ ~ •

I HEREBY CERTIFY, that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, he]~d '
on the 11th day of June, 1963, by a four-fifths vote of the
Board as follows, to wit:
