3 COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
e} RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY SERVICE AREA
~ WHEREAS, pursuant to Title 3, Division 2, Part 2, Chapter
g 3 of the Government Code of the State of California, the Board of
q Supervisors of Butte County have instituted proceedings for the
8 establishment of a county service area within the County of Butte;
9 and
10 WHEREAS, the LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMIS'SIQN of the
11 County of Butte has approved the establishment of said Service
12 Area No. 33.
13 NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved:
14 to That a county service. area is proposed to be
15 established under the terms of the aforesaid chapter in the
lg unincorporated area of Butte County; the boundary lines of the
17 territories proposed for inclusion in the area are more
~g particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a
19 part hereof by reference as though fully set forth verbatim and
20 at lengtho
21 2. That the Heine proposed for said county service area
22 is County Service Area No. 33.
23 3, That there are no extended county services provided
24 in this area.
25 4. That the types of extended county services proposed
26 to be provided in this area is street lighting located within the
27 boundaries of the area described herein.
28 5e That a tax sufficient to pay for such services which
29 are furnished on an extended basis will be annually levied upon
30 all taxable property within such areao
31 6, That on (. _, 1968, at 11:00 a.mo,
32 a public hearing will be held on the establishment of said area.

County of Butte, State of California, this ]1th day of June,
1968, by the following vote:
