COUNTX OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION IN RE PARKING ON CERTAIN COUNTY HIGT3WAY
IN THE COUNTX OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
(Vehicle Code Section 22507)
BE IT RESOLVID by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1o That the parking or standing of vehicles on the hereinafter-
described portion of Mangrove Avenue is prohibited, and the portion of
j said road on which the parking and standing of vehicles is prohibited ~s
described as follows, to wit:
(a) Along the westerly side of Mangrove Avenue frrn a
point 150 feet north,of the north right-of-way line of
East First Avenue to a point 212 feet north of, tzze north
right-of-way line of East First Avenue.
2. That NO PARKING signs be placed and the c~nrb be painted red
at the appropriate locations on said roado
3. This Resolution is adopted in accordance with Section 22507 of
the Vehicle Code, and the violation of said Resolution constitutes a
misdemeanor in accordance with Section 40000 of said Vehicle Code.
PASSID AND ADOPTID by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California at the regular meeting thereof on the 'tfith
day of June ,1968, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Aowsden, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman lvlaacon:
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
