RESOLUTION NO.
ADOPTING PREVAILING WAGE SCALE
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA:
That this Board finds and determines respecting
the work and improvements for East Avenue Assessment District
that for each craft, classification, or type of workman that
e<n be employed to do said work and construct said improvements
the general prevailing rates of per diem wages and the general
prevailing rates for overtime and legal holidays are the same
as shown in Exhibit A attached hereto and said Exhibit is
hereby incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth
herein, and the Clerk shall notify all bidders hereof by
referring to this Resolution in the call for bids on said
work and improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, THIS 25th DAY OF '~~ ,

The holidays upon which such rates shall be pai d shall be all holidays...
recognized in the collective bargaining agreeme nt appl icable to the
particular:craft, classification or type of wor kman em ployed on the
project.
