RESOLUTION N0. 68-~
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING REQUIREMENTS AND FINAL DATE OF
APPLICATION FOR LAND CONSERVATION AGREEMENTS
WHEREAS, this board has previously set up agricultural
preserves within the county; and
WHEREAS, the board anticipates that there will be additional
applications for agreement under the Land Conservation Act,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following rules
shall be applicable to applications for a Land Conservation
Agreement:
1. All applications must be submitted to the County of
Butte on or before October 1st of each year.
2. All applications must be made on the farms provided by
the county, and all applications must be accompanied by a current
title report covering and describing the property in question, and
shall be accompanied by a fee of $20.00 to defray handling costs of
applications and recording fees of the Land Conservation Agreement
itself .
3. In the event an application is made but rejected by
the county, there shall be no return of the $20.00 application fee.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, this 2nd day of July, 196$, by the
following vote=
AYES: SUPERVISORS DUNA~GIAY~ HOWSDEN~ McKILLOP, PRYDE~ and
CHAIRMAN MAXON.
NOES: NONE.
ABSENT: NONE.
