RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
IU~IEREAS, on the 23rd day of April, 1~J68, the Board of
'Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ordered
the preparation of plans and specifications for the improvements
and acquisitions to be made in East Avenue Assessment District
Unit No. 2, County of Butte, State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RE50LVED by the Board of Supervisors
o£ the County of Butte,.. State of California, that the plans and
specifications submitted by ~ti'alter B. Grimes, Engineer of ti~lork,
for the improvements and acquisitions to he made in said assessment
district be, and they are hereby adopted as the plans and specifica-
tions for the doing of said work and improvements.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the
. County of Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting
thereof, held on the 9th day of July, 1968, by the follaiving
vote, to wit:
