RESOLUTION APPROVING BOUNDARY ~7AP
{4HEREAS, there has been filed with the County Clerk `
of the County of Butte, State of California, a map showing the
boundaries of Fast Avenue Assessment District Unit No. 2,
County of Butte, State of California;
NO}4, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Super-
visors of the County of Butte, State of California, that that
certain map entitled, "Amended ~1ap Showing Proposed Boundaries
of East Avenue Assessment District Unit No. 2, County of Butte,
State of California," be and the same is hereby approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of said
boundary map herein approved shall be filed with the County Recor-
der of the County of Butte in accordance with the provisions of
Part 2, Division 4.S of the Streets and Highways"Code of the State
of California.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting
thereof, held on the 9th day of July, 1968, by the following
vote, to wit:
