RESOLUTION CORRECTING RESOLUTION N0. 68-64'AND
RESOLUTION N0. 68--8b
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, on the 23rd day of April, 1968, adopted
their Resolution No. 68-64, Resolution of Preliminary Deter- _
urination and on the 11th day of June, 1968, adopted their .
Resolution No. b8-86, Finding and Determining that the Public .
Convenience and Necessity Require the Construction of Improve-
ments and Acquisitions to be done within the boundaries of an
assessment district designated in said resolutions, "East
Avenue Assessment District, County of Butte, State of California;"
and
,WHEREAS, the designation of said assessment district was
erroneous in said resolution because there is already in existence
an assessment district in the County of Butte in an entirely dif-
ferent location designated East Avenue Assessment District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, that all reference
in said Resolution No. 68-64 and Resolution No. 68-86 to East
Avenue .Assessment District be changed to read "East Avenue
Assessment District Unit No. 2, County of Butte, State of
California." '

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the
