RESOI,UTI.ON ADOPTIAFG SCALE OF PREVAILING WAGE RATES
IVHEREAS, the Board of~Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, on the 9Lh day of July, 1963,
adopted Plans and Specifications for the improvements and ac~-
c{uisitions to be made in East Avenue Assessment District Unit
No. 2, County of Butte, State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte that said Board of Supervisors
has determined and established the general prevailing rate of
per diem wages for each type of craft or workman needed to execute
or perform the necessary work on improvements in accordance with
the schedule appended hereto and described "Schedule of Per Diem
Wage Rates;" and ~ - •
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said "Schedule of Per Diem
Wage Rates" be, and it is hereby, embodied in the Notice Invit-
ing Sealed Bids and all. contract documents in connection with
said work and improvements hereinabove described.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly adapted by the Board of Supervisoxs of the
County of Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting,
thereof, held on the 9th day of July, 1968, by the following
vote, to wit:
