RESOLUTION IN RE PARKING ON CERTAIN COUNTY HIGHWAYS
IN THE COUNTY OF BUTTE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
(Vehicle Code Section 22507)
BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1. That paragraph 1(a) of Resolution No. 67-174 passed and adapted
by said Board on December 5, 1967, is hereby amended to read as
follows:
(a) Along the easterly side of Midway from the centerline of
Durham Highway to a point 70 feet south.
2. That paragraph 1(a) of Resolution No. 66-25 passed and adopted
by said Board on February 15, 1966, is hereby amended to read
as follows:
(a) Along the westerly curb line of Midway from a point five
feet southerly of the southerly curb line of Durham-
Dayton Road to a point 30 feet southerly of the said curb
line of Durham-Bayton Road.
3. That paragraph 1(a) of that certain resolution passed and
adopted by said Board on September 19, 1960, is hereby amended
to read as follows:
(a) Along the westerly curb Iine of Walmer Road from the westerly
extension of the southerly curb line of Las Plumas Avenue to
a point 40 feet south.
This resolution is adopted in accordance with Section 22507 of the
Vehicle Code, and vialation of said resolution constitutes a misdemeanor
in accordance with Section 40000 of said Vehicle Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California at the regular meeting thereof on the ~ O ~~klay of
