BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, that the hereinafter-described county road be declared
a through highway, and the Director of Public Works is hereby instructed to
have legal STOP signs erected at the necessary entrances thereto:
SPENCER AVENUE from Elgin Street to Houston Street
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, this 30~h day of JULY , 1968, by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES: :SUPERVISt?RS DUNAWAY, HOWSDEN, McRIZLOP, PRYDE, and
CHAIRMAN M~XON.
