ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLUTION NO. 58-117
RESOLUTION OF AWARD
RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, having in open session on
July 23, 1968, opened, examined and publicly declared all
sealed proposals or bids offered for doing the street work
hereinafter mentioned;
HEREBY rejects all of the said Bids, except that next
hereinafter mentioned, and hereby Awards the Contract to the
lowest, regular, responsible bidder, to-wit: T0:
A. C. TEICHERT & SONS at the prices specified in its
proposal for doing said street work now on file.
The work herein referred to is the improvement of
certain streets and easements within or adjacent to the East
Avenue Assessment District in said County of Butte, to the
extent with the materials and in the manner set forth in
Resolution No. 68-81 Resolution of Intention passed and
adopted by said Board of Supervisors on May 28, 1968, and
pursuant to Resolution No. 68 99 Resolution Ordering Work
passed and adopted by said Board of Supervisors on June 25,
1968, reference to said Resolution of Intention and said
Resolution Ordering ViTork is hereby made for a description of
said work and improvements and terms and conditions under
which same is to be done.

The Clerk of this Board is hereby directed to publish
notice of this Award twice in The Chico Enterprise-Record, a
newspaper published and circulated in the said County of Butte
as required by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OI' SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, THIS th_ DAY OF AUGUST ~
