RESOLUTION ORDERING TILE l~`ORK
l•PHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, did, on the 9th day of July, 19b8,
adopt its Resolution of T.ntention to order a1]. of the therein
described improvements and acquisitions to be done and made in
East Avenue .Assessment District Unit No. 2, County of Butte,
State of California; and
IVHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention fixed Tuesday,
the 6th day of August, 1968, at the hour of. 8:00 o'clock P.M.
~~ of said day, as the time for hearing upon-said Resolution of
Intention; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received for the work and improve-
• ment to be done under said Resolution of Intention;
NO14, THEREFOP.E, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Super-
visors of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows:.
Resolution of Intention No.6S-104, passed by the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte on the 9th day of July, 1968,
be, and the same is hereby confirmed, and the woxk described
in said Resolution of Intention is hereby ordered to be done
and made.
