RESOLUTION DIRECTING WORK TO BE DOA1F. UNDER
DIRECTION OF ENGINEER OF WORK AND ASSESSDfENT
TO BE MADE AND SIGNED BY IIIhi, EAST AVENUE
ASS1;SSh1EN'f DISTRICT UNIT N0. 2, COUNTY OF
BUTT};, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
R'[IEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, did, on the 9th day of 3uly, 1968,
pass its Resolution of Intention for the improvements and acqui-
sitions to be-made and done pursuant to the provisions of the
Improvement Act of 197.1.; and
iVHF.!ZEAS, said Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte desires .that the improvements and acquisitions be done
under the direction of WALTER B. GRIhIES, Engineer of 1Vork, and
that any assessment hereinafter to be matte for the distribution
of the costs of the improvements and acquisitions upon the lands
benefited thereby, shall be made and signed by. the Engineer o£
CNark;
N01V, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RE50LVED that the afore-
said improvements and acquisitions shall be done under the direction
of WALTER B. GRIMES, Engineer of }Nark for said East Avenue Assess-
ment District Unit No. 2~ County of Butte, State of California.
