RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGES IN THE 1VORK

AVENUE ASSESSi`1EN'1' DISTRIC'T' UNIT N0. 2, COUN'T'Y
OF BUTTE. STATE nF CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, as folloi,s:
The Director of Public 19orks of the County of Butte,
without further authorization of the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, is hereby authorizecl to order changes in
the work to be done in East Avenue Assessment District Unit ~'o. Z,
County of Butte, State of California, under the follo~ti*ing condi-
tions:
To correct clerical and technical errors in
the plans;-
To modify the design of the project wherever
Bond engineering practice indicates that the
modification should be matte;
To adjust the design of the project to utility
lacations, soil conditions, and other field
conditions which Jere unknown or uncertain at
the time the plans were prepared;
BE IT FURTTIER RESOLVED that any change ordor shall be
in writing and the amount of any change order ordered shall not
exceed $1,000.00 provided that the limitations on the cost of
the changes permitted by this resolution shall not apply where
the change.is requested in writing by the owner of property sub-
ject to assessment for the improvement under construction and the
nature of the change requested is such that the cost thereof will
ize assessed exclusively against the property of the person request-
ing the change. •.
