RESOLUTION OF Al'?ARD Or CONTR4CT
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of ,
Butte, State of California, on the 6th day of .August, 1968, at
a public. meeting, publicly opened, examined and declared all
sealed proposals for doing the work and improvements described
in Resolution of Intention AFO. 68-104, East Avenue Assessment
District Unit No. 2, County of Butte, State of California „ which
said Resolution of Intention was adopted on the 9th day of July,
1968, and is hereby expressly referred. to for a description of
said work and improvements, and fox all particulars relative
to the proceedings under said Resolution of Intention; and
1VHEF~EAS, said bids, after being publicly opened, examined
and declared, were referred to the Engineer of Work of said East
Avenue Assessment Bistrict Unit No. 2, were calculated by him, and
his xeport thereon returned to the County Clerk, and the report
of the results of the bidding were reported to the Board of Super-
visors of the County of Butte;
NON, T}}F:REFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby rejects all of said
bids or proposals except that herein mentioned, and hereby awards
the contract for said i~~ork and improvements to the lowest respon-

office of the County Clerk of the County of Butte.
