RESOLUTION IN APPR~:CIATION OF SERVICES OF STNG OUT OROVILLF
WH~,REAS, on August 4, 1968, the County of Butte was
honored at Cal Fxpo by having it declared "Butte County Day`.'; and
WH°REAS, many people participated in an effort to make a
success of this day; and
WHEREAS, one of the outstanding contributions of cooper-
ation came from the Sing Out Oroville group; and
WHER~;AS, the effort put forth by the Sing Out Oroville.
group is greatly appreciated by citizens of Butte County,
NOW, TiIEREFOR.r, B~' IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors that tYiey extend their appreciation to the Sing Out
Oroville group for their participation in "Butte County Day" on
August 4, 1968, at Cal Expo.
BF IT FURTH~:R RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be
sent to Robert Pope, General Manager of the Sing Out Oroville
group, to be communicated by him to the group, exp ~ sing
appreciation of the group.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 1968, by the
