BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALTFORNTA
RESOLUTION APPOINTING AGRICULTURAL COMMISSIONER
WHEREAS, the period of appointment of Agricultural
Commissioner for the County of Butte expires September 1, 1968;
and

WHRREAS, the Board of Supervisors desires to reappoint
DONALD J. BLACK to the position of Agricultural Commissioner,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUFERVISORS
OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That DONALD J. BLACK is hereby appointed as County
Agricultural Commissioner, and that the appointment be effective
and his term of office to commence as of the 1st day of September,
1968.
2. That his compensation shall be that of Range 38, as
provided in Butte County Ordinance No. 987, and that he shall be
appointed to commence at step 5 of said range, upon effective
date of said ordinance.
BF IT FURTHER RESOLVED that at any time a general increase
or benefits are granted to all county employees as a group, the
said salary classification shall be reviewed and reconsidered.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors on the 13th
day of August, 1968, by the following vote:
AYES: SUPERVISORS DUNAWAY, HOWSDEN, McKILLOP, PRYDE, CIiAIRMAN MAXON
