1 RESOLUTION AND NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ABANDON PUBLIC
UTILITY EASEMENT AND NOTICE OF TIME AND PLACE OF
2 HEARING {Sections 960.4 and 958, Streets and Highways
Code)

4 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY
8 OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
6 1. That it is the intention of the Board of Supervisors to
7 abandon the utility easement hereinafter described, pursuant to
$ Section 96004 of the Streets and Highways Code of this stated
9 2. That the hearing on this Resolution To Abandon Utility
10 Easement shall be held on Tuesday, the 17th day of September,
11. 1968, at 11:00 a,m,, of said day in the Supervisors' Room in the
12 Butte County Courthouse, fronting an Huntoon Street in Oroville,
13 California, at which time said board will hear evidence of any
14 party interestedo
15 3. That this resolution and notice is adopted pursuant to
1B a motion of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
17 of California,
18 4, That a copy of this resolution of intention shall be
19 published in the Chico Enterprise, a newspaper of general circus
20 lation in the County of Butte, and copies conspicuously posted,
21 all as required by Section 958 of said Streets and Highways Code.
22 5, That the utility easement, the subject of this resolution
23 and notice, is situate in the County of Butte, State of Galifornia,
24 and described as follows:
2B The North Six (6) feet of the 12 feet public
26 utilities easement comprising the South 12
27 feet of lot 11, as shown on the map of Conrad
28 Estates Subdivision, according to the official
29 map filed in the office of the Recorder of
30 the Gounty of Butte, State of California, on
31 June 11, 1965, in book 32 of Maps, at page 48.
32 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of .'Supervisors of the County
