is hereby approved; and
BE IT FURTllE1t RESOLVED that a certified copy of said boundary
map herein approved shall be filed with the County Recorder of the
County of Butte in accordance with the provisions of Part 2, Divi-
sion 4.5 of the Streets and Highways~Code of the State of California.

and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
