OF COST
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors. of the County
of Butte, State of California, that ntURRAY ~ ^1cCORi~IICK, INC., be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to prepare plans and
specifications for the improvements and acquisitions in Sierra Del
Oro Estates Unit No. 3 Assessment District, County of Butte, State
of California, and careful estimates of cost.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at a xegular meeting thereof, held on
the 27th day of August, 1968, by the following vote, to wit:
