BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County.
of Butte, State of California, that DEL OP~O WATER COMPANY is hereby
reQuested to furnish to this Board of, Supervisors adequate and
appropriate plans and,specifications for the domestic tivater supply
system in Sierra Del Oro Estates Unit A'o. 3 Assessment District,
County of Butte, State of California.
