RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
1VHEREAS, on the 27th 'day of August, 1968, the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ordered
the preparation of plans and specifications for the improvements
and acquisitions to be made in Sierra Del Oro Estates Unit No. 3
Assessment District, County of Butte, State of California;
NOIV, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOI.VEII by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, that the plans and specifica-
tions submitted by 1~[URRAY $ McCORi`~fICK, INC., for the improvements and
acquisitions in said assessment district be, and they are hereby,
adopted as the plans and specifications for the doing of said work
and improvements.

I iIEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of tine County of
Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting thexeof, held on
.the 27th day of August., 1968, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, McKillop, Pryde and__Chairman Maxon
NOES: Supervisors None
