ESTA'T'ES UNIT N0. 3 ASSESSriENT DISTRICT, COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
1VIiEREAS, the Boarcl of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, did, on the 27th day of August,
1968, adopt its Resolution of Intention to order the improve-
ments and acquisitions to be done and made in Sierra Del Oro
Estates Unit No. 3 Assessment District, County of Butte, State
of California; and
19EIEREAS, said Resolution .of Intention fixes Tuesday,
the 8th day of October, 1968, as the time for hearing on the Resolu-
tion of Intention;
NOIV, THEREFORE, for the purpose of determining at the
time of hearing on the Resolution of Intention the total contract
cost of the work proposed to be done pursuant to said Resolution
of Intention;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, State of California, that sealed proposals
for the doing of said work and making of said improvements shall
be delivered to the County Clerk of the. County of Butte on or before
Tuesday, the 24th day of September, 1968, at the hour of 11:00
o'clock A.T. of said day, at the meeting place of the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, located in the Courthouse,
Oroville, California, which said time and place are hereby fixed
as the time and place of a public meeting, at which said bids will
be publicly opened, examined and declared by the County Clerk of
the County of Butte. Said bids, after being publicly opened, examined

report returned to the County Clerk and the report of the results
of the bidding and the cal.cu.lations of the Engineer of Wark will
be reported to the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte.-.,The
Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or bids
should it deem this necessary for the public goad, and also the
bid of any bidder who has been delinquent or unfaithful in any
former contract with the County of. Butte.
The County Clerk of the County~of Butte is hereby ordered
to give notice inviting sealed bids in the time, form and manner
provided by law.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the 27th day of August, 19b8, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Maxon
NOES: Supervisors None
ABSENT: Supervisors xowsden
