RESOLUTION ADOPTING SCALE OF PREVAILING WAGE RA'PF;S
1YI3EREAS, the Board of~Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, on the 27th day of August, 1968, adopted plans
and specifications for the improvements and acquisitions to be
made in Sierra Dei Oro Estates Unit No. 3 assessment District,
County of Butte, State of California;
NOiP, TFIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, that said Board has
determined and established the general prevailing rate of per diem
wages for each type of craft or workman needed to execute or per-
form the necessary work or improvements in accordance with the
schedule, appended herEto and described "Scale of Prevailing {wage
Rates;" and ~ ,
BE IT FURTHER'-RESOLVED that said "Scale of Prevailing
Wage Rates" be, and it is hereby,embodied in the Notice
Inviting Sealed Bids and all contract documents in connec-
tion with said work and improvements hereinabove described.

I JIEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the 27th-day of August, 1465, by the following vote, to wit:
