BOARD OF SUPERVTSORS
1 COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
2 ORDER AND RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS,
COUNTY OF BUTTE, PROVIDING FOR THE CONSOLIDATION
3 OF THE DURHAM RECREATION AND PARK DISTRTCT ELECTION
OF TRUSTEES'WITfi THE GENERAL STATEWIDE ELECTION TO
4 BE HELD NOVEMBER 5 1968

g WHEREAS, the Governing Board of the Durham Recreation and
7 Park District of Butte County, California, have called and
8 ordered to be held in said district on the 5th day of November,
9. 1968, special district elections, and have requested this board
10 to order consolidation of said special district elections with
11 the statewide General Election to be held November 5, 1968,
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED AND RESOLVED BY THE BOARD
13 OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as
14 follows:
15: 1. That the special district election to be held in the
1g Durham Recreation and Park District on November 5, 1968, at
17 which election there shall be submitted to the qualified
18 electors of said district the names of the candidates for said
19 board, are ~o be consolidated with the statewide election to be
20' held on November 5, 1968.
21 2. That the returns of said special district election for
22 the Durham Recreation and Park District shall be canvassed, or
23 caused to be, by the County Clerk of Butte County and certified
24 to. the governing board of the district. Further, said consoli-
2B dated„s'gecial district election of Durham Recreation and Park
2g District shall be held in all respects as though they were only
2'7 one election.
28 3. That the expenses of the elections attributable to sal
29 district shall be charged to said district.
30 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE
31 COUNTY OF BUTTE, State of California, this 10th day of

1VHEREAS it is the desire of the Board of Trustees
of the DiJ~3Hxt~d RFCRF~iTIOF3 ~~ND PARK DISTRICT, BUTTE COUNTY,
California, to call an election for the election of Trustees
of said District:
Said election to be consolidated with the general
election to be held on November ~, 19b8 and to be placed
on the same ballot.
