BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION OF BATH HOUSE
AND FENDING FRO1~ BIGGS HUNTING AREA RECREATION
PROJECT
WHEREAS, this county through Service Area No. 31, has
constructed a swimming pool located at Biggs; and
WHEREAS, the Biggs Hunting Area Recreation Project has
graciously donated and had constructed at said site, a bath house
and fencing,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, that this Board
accepts said donation, and wishes to thank again the directors
of the Biggs Hunting Area Recreation Project, and ail parties
concerned with the construction of the Biggs Swimming Pool Complex.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 17th day of September,
1968, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Howsden, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Maxon
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
