1 RESOLUTION 0'F ABANDONMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
2 ~7HEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
3 State of Califo rnia, heretofore declared its intention to vacate
4. and abandon the following described public utility easement of
5: the County of Butte:
6 The North Six ~6) feet of the 12 feet public
q utilities easement comprising the South 12
S feet of lot 11, as shown on the map of Conrad
9 Estates Subdivision, according to the official
J:0 map filed in the office of the Recorder of
I1 the County of Butte, State of California, on
12 ~7une 11, 1965, in bock 32 of Maps, at page 48.
~.3 WHEREAS, upon filing Resolution of Intention to Abandon
14 said easement, the Board of Supervisors did, by order, fix the 17t
15 day of September, 1968, at 11:00 a.mo, of said day, at the Butte
16 County Courthouse, Oroville, California, as the time and place
17 for a public hearing; and
18 ?7iI~EREAS, notice of said hearing was given to all freeholders
19 of the district in which said easement is located by publication
20 for two successive weeks prior to the date of said hearing, in the
2I Chico Enterprise, and by posting similar notices along the line of
22 t'ae easement proposed to be abandoned; and
23 SaiHEREAS, it appears that all legal requirements have been
24 complied with, and the board, being fully informed and advised,
25 finds that the easement described in said resolution is unnecessar
2g for present or prospective public use,
27 NOA, THER'EF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
28 or the County of Butte, State of California, that the public
29 easement as above described in said resolution is unnecessary for
30. present or prospective public use,
31 NO~J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
32 of the County of Butte, State of California, that the public

easement as move described is her eby ordered vacated and
abandoned. The County Clerk is hereby directed to file a
certified copy of this order in the office of the County Recorder
of Butte County, for record.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 17th day of September,
1968, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Runaway, Howsden, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Maxon
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
