BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNTA
RESOLUTION IN RE PARKING ON CERTAIN COUNTY HIGHWAY
IN THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA

BE TT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF' BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1. That the parking or standing of vehicles on the hereinafter-
described pardon of Midway is prohibited, and the portion of said road on
which the parking and standing of vehicles is prohibited is described as
follows, to wit:
Along the westerly and easterly side of MIAWAX from a point
500 feet north of Durham^Dayton Highway to a point 2000 feet
north of Durham-Daytan Highway.
2. That NO PARKING signs be placed at the appropriate locations
~ on said road.
3. Thia Resolution is adopted in accordance with Section 22507 of
the Vehicle Code, and violation of said Resolution constitutes a misdemeanor
in accordance with Section 40000 of said Vehicle Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California at the regular meeting thereof on the 24th day
of September , 1968, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Howsden, McKillop and Chairman Maxon
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Pryde
NOT VOTING: None
