RESOLUTION EXCHANGING REAL PROPERTY AND ACCEPT
ING GRANT DEED AND AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN TO SIGN

ry WHEREAS, the Boa rd of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
8 State of California, heretofore declared its intention to exchange
g that real property described in Exhibit "B°B, attached hereto, for
Zp that certain real property described in Exhibit "A", attached
13. hereto; and
12 WHEREAS, said property, fully described in Exhibit "B0°
13 is not required for county use; and
14 WHEREAS, said real property described in Exhibit "A"
15 attached hereto, is necessary for the public and the county use
16 as right of way; and
lry WHEREAS, the property to be exchanged is of equal value;
18 and
19 WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors, by Resolution No. 68«155
20 passed and adopted on September 17, 1968, stated their intention to
21 exchange the real properties described in the exhibits herein,
22 NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ',
g3! OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
24 1. The board hereby exchanges the real property described
25 in Exhibit 'BB1°, attached hereta and incorporated herein as if set
26 forth in full, for that certain real property shown in Exhibit 90A°°,
try which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set forth
28 in fu11o
29 2. The chairman is authorized to sign a Quit Claim Deed
30 in favor of JOHN Q. ADAMS and LUCILLE J. ADAMS, covering the real
31 property described in Exhibit °AB", and the chairman is further
32 authorized to accept a Grant Deed from JOHN Q. ADAMS and LUCILLE J.

PASSED AND ADAPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California this 8th day of October, 1968, by the
