~ WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, heretofore declared its intention to exchange
~, flat real property described in Exhibit "B", attached hereto, for
that certain real property described in Exhibit f°A", attached
hereto; and
WHEREAS, said property, fully described in Exhibit 0°B°'
is not required for county use; and
LTHEREAS, said real property described in Exhibit "A"
attached. hereto, is necessary for the public and the county use
as right of way; and
WHEREAS, the property to be exchanged is of equal value;
and
W3EREA5, THE Board of Supervisors, by Resolution No. 68-156
passed and adopted on September 17, 1968, stated their intention to
exchange the real properties described in the exhibits herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1. The board hereby exchanges the real property described
in Exhibit 0°Bf°, attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set
forth in full, for that certain real property shown in Exhibit °°A°°.:
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set forth
in full.
2. The chairman is authorized to sign a Quit Claim Deed
in favor of A. KVORNIN.~ and ETHEL M. KVORNING, covering the real
property described in Exhibit 0BB°°, and the chairman is further
authorized to accept a Grant Deed from A. KVORNTNG and ETHEL M.
