RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CONSIDER AND HOLD HEARINGS
ODi A RESOLUTION 0~' INTENTION TO ESTABLISH A COUNTY
SERVICE AREA
WHEREAS, two members of the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte have requested the establishment of a county
service area for the operation, maintenance, repair, and upkeep
of a swimming pool constructed upon the Butte County Fairgrounds,
the boundaries of which are described in Exhibit "A", attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference; and
WHEREAS, prior to the consideration of the board of super-
visors and the re solution of intention, it is necessary to obtain
the comment of the Local Agency Formation Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ZT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors that they intend to consider a resolution of intention
to establish a county service area for the operation, maintenance,
repair, and upkeep of a swimming pool contained within the boundar-
ies described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part
hereof by~,`reference.
BE IT' FURTHER RESOLVED that by this resolution the board of
supervisors' submit the proposal to the Local Agency Formation
Commission'for\~'their actions at their next regularly held meeting,
PASSET3`AND AD'JPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 15th day of October,
1968, by the following vote:
AXES :Supervisors Howsden, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Maxon

ABSENT: Supervisor Dunaway
