RESOLUTION REGARDING CONSERVATION AGREEMENTS

ei WHEREAS, this board has entered into land conservation
~ agreements in the past; and
g WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish rules for the
'7 submission of applications,
g NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board
g of Supervisors as follows: ',
lp 1. All applications must be submitted and be filed with
11 the Agricultural Commissioner on or before December 31 of each
12 year in order that the agreement will become effective during the
13 following year.
14 2. Applications shall be submitted upon the forms to be
15 supplied by the Agricultural Commissioner, and must be completed
lg in detail.
17 3. Applications must be accompanied by preliminary title
lg reports not more than one year old covering the land in question.
19 4. A fee of Twenty-five ($25.00} Dollars shall be submitted
20 with the application, and this fee shall not be returned in the
21 event the application is turned down by the county.
22 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
23 County of Butte, State of California, this 15th day of October,
2~ 1968, by the following vote:
25 AYES. Supezwisors Howsden, Mc~illop, Pryde and Chairman Maxon
