RESOLUTION REJECTING CONSTRUCTION BIDS, SIEF.RA
DEL ORO ESTATES UNIT N0. 3 ASSESSi•411NT DISTRICT,
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
ZdIIEREAS, bids have been called for the construction of
.improvements in Sierra Del Oro Estates Unit No. 3 Assessment Dis-
trict, County of Butte, State of California; and •
WHEREAS, only one bid was received and it vTas substantially
higher that the Engineer's Estimate of Costs,
TdOGd, THEREFORE, BE I'P RESOLVED by the Board of Supervi-
sors of the County of P,utte, State of California, that said bid
is hereby rejected.
I IiEREBY,CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was
duly and regularly adopted by the board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting
thereof, he ].d on the 12th day of November, 1968, by the Following vote,
