BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, that the public hearing on the
Resolution of Intention, as amended, and on the public convenience and
necessity of making certain improvements and acquisitions within
Sierxa Del Oro Estates Unit No. 3 Assessment District, County of
Butte, State of California, be, and it is hereby, continued to
