BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
1 RESOLUTION AUTHORISING COMBINED USE OF
COUNTY ROADS ~lITHIN BUTTE CREEK COUNTRY
2 CLUB ESTATES
3 WHEREAS, county roads lying within the confines of Butte
4 Creek Country Club Estates are adjacent to the golf cowse, which
6 is designed and constructed so as to safely permit the use thereof
g of regular vehicular traffic, and also the driving of g~f carts
7 thereon; and
g T~HEREAS, it is to the best interests of the county to
g designate such combined use,
10 NOId, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
11 of the County of Butte, State of California, that the o~unty roads
12 within the $utte Creek Country Club Estates are adjacent to a golf
13 course and are designed and constructed so as to safely permit the
14 use thereof of regular vehicular traffic, and also the driving of
15 golf carts thereon, between the golf course and the place where
16 such golf carts are parked or stored.
17 BF. IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the speed zone on said county
lg roads shall be 25 miles per hour, or lesso
lg BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it shall be lawful to drive
20 golf carts upon such roads in accordance with the rules and
21 regulations prescribed in Sections 345, 4019, 21115, 21716, and
22 2400105 of the Vehicle Code of the State of California.
23 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
24 County of Butte, State of California, this ],9th ~ day of November,
25 1968, by the following vote:
