BOA RD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AND ORDER CHANGING THE NAME OF COUNTY
HIGHWAYS IN BUTTE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte

heretofore passed a Resolution of Intention to Change the Name of
Certain County Highways, situate in Butte County, California,
which said Resolution of Intention was dated the 22nd day of
October, 19b$; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention designated the 19th
day of November , 1968, at ll.;Q ~ fl~~. of said day, in the Super-
visors' Room in the Butte County Courthouse fronting on Huntoon
Street in the City of Oroville, State of California, as the time
and place of hearing thereof; and
WHEREAS, said hearing was properly noticed and held, and
upon said hearing the board considered the proposal to change the
names of certain County Highways; as stated in the Resooution of
Intention to change the name of certain County Highways, and
heard any and all objections thereto, and said board finds, that
said proposed changes of names of said County Highways is in the
best interest of the county,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, as
follows:
That the names of the following County Highways, situate
in Butte County, California, be changed as follows:
