RESOLUTION N0. 68-190
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTX OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION REGARDING EXTENSION OF THE
FEDERAL-AID SECONDARY HIGHWAY SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the County of Yuba propases to extend existing Federal-aid
Secondary Route No. 526 from its present terminus northeasterly to the Plumas
County line; and
WHEREAS, a portion of existing Federal-aid Secondary Route No. 526
passes through Butte Coun~,y; and
WHEREAS, concurrence by the County of Butte is requested by the
State o£ California, Division of Highways on this proposal;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE70LVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, Stata of California, that this Board concurs in and approves
said extension, subject to concurrence of the Bureau of Public Roads.

Butte, State of California, this 26th day of November, 196 by the following
