BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE NO.6S2
AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF T~iE COUNTY
OF BUTTE AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE COUNTY OF BUTTE AND THE. BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION OF
THE CALIFORNIA STATE EMPLOYEES° RETIREMENT SYSTEM
The BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE do ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1•: That an amendment to the Contract between the
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE, and the Board of
Administration, CALIFORNIA STATE EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM is
hereby authorized, a copy of said amendment being attached hereto,
marked "EXHIBIT A", and by such reference made a part hereof as
though herein set forth in full.
SECTION 2: That D. B. Huggins as Chairman
pro tem of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, is
hereby authorized, empowered and directed to execute this Ordinance
and to execute said amendment for and on behalf of the County of
Butte.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after the date of its adoption, and prior to the expiration
of ;:fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published
at least once in the c?roville Press a newspaper of
general circulation*;published and circulated in the County of
Butte, and thenceforth and thereafter the same~to be in full force
and effect.
Adopted and approved this 2~th day of Ausust 1960
at a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors by the following ~
